If you have an item for more than two weeks please check back with the Resource Center staff to renew your item. Thank you.

Borrowing Policy

  • The Video Library is available during normal business hours for the Center for Student Involvement (Norris 3rd Floor, Suite 3H).
  • Request your item to be borrowed from a staff member of the LGBT Resource Center or the Center for Student Involvement.
  • Only one item from the LGBT Resource Center Video Library may be taken out per borrower at any given time.
  • The video is for private home viewing ONLY! No public viewing is allowed.

Return Policy

  • The item is due back on the due date specified at check-out. Most items will be for one week. Renewal is possible once video is returned.
  • The LGBT Resource Center may, but is NOT obligated to, send a reminder 24 hours prior to due date.
  • All items must be returned to a staff member of the LGBT Resource Center (Norris 3rd Floor, Office L) or a staff member of the Center for Student Involvement (Norris 3rd Floor, Suite 3H).
  • There will be absolutely NO AFTER HOURS RETURNS.

Suggest a Resource

If you would like to suggest a book, magazine, movie, documentary or publication for the Center please send an e-mail to lgbtrc@u.northwestern.edu.

Include the following information:

  • Resource Suggestion (in the subject heading)
  • Title
  • Author
  • Year of publication/release
  • Brief Description of the work or publication

Donations

New literature, magazine and book donations are always welcome. We accept all brochures and information packets as well as new or gently used books and magazines.
