- Event Planning Office staff works with recognized Northwestern University Student groups,staff and faculty on all facets of Event Planning. EPO Staff also schedules all rooms in the Norris University Center and all Sodexo Catering services. |

- The Norris Operations Staff and Student Staff are here to ensure all Norris Center events are a success. The Operations Manager, Center Managers, and all of our undergraduate staff oversee our daily building operations. We strive to make sure all of our clients receive a high level of customer service and attempt to effectively execute events planned in advance through the Events Planning Office. Our team oversees the Norris Information Desk which aims to provide information for the Northwestern community regarding the events and services of the center. We additionally are part of the advisory group for student theater productions in Norris spaces. |

- We’re your source for your event’s Audio-Visual needs. With a staff of both professional and student technicians we are ready to help with your every AV need by providing, setting up, and operating audio and video equipment for your event. All reservations of AV equipment as well as any Ryan Auditorium reservations can be completed through the Norris Technical Services Office at (847) 491-2336. Also, feel free to contact us with any questions about our services or our equipment. The Norris Technical Services office hours are M-F 9am to 5pm. |
