Who May Apply

Any undergraduate student may apply for Center Manager and other supervisory positions at Norris Center. All current Center Managers and Supervisors wishing to continue their leadership role must re-apply for next year. Work-study is recommended, but not required for all positions.

How to Apply

  1. Prepare your cover letter and resume (including at least two references) as Word, text, or PDF files.
  2. Download and complete the additional Norris Leadership Search Application (PDF) and save it to your computer.*
  3. Log in to Northwestern’s CareerCat and complete your profile if necessary.
  4. Upload your resume, cover letter, and Application under the “Resumes, Letters, and Transcripts” tab.
  5. Find the Norris job(s) you are interested and follow the directions on the posting to apply online.

* Note for Google Chrome users: Google has recently added a feature to its Chrome browser that allows users to view PDF files in the browser without downloading them. In order to complete the fields of the application, you must download the PDF file by right-clicking the link above and selecting “Save Link As.”
