While it may not happen often, all class dates and times are subject to change. Prior to registering, please confirm the day/time on our website: this is the most accurate and supercedes any information in our printed materials. Should there be a change in schedule, all registered students will be contacted and will have the option of switching to another class or receiving a full refund.

The same person must be enrolled in all courses to qualify. One-day workshops and courses with fees under $15.00 are not included in this offer. If a course is subsequently dropped or canceled, and you are left with only one course, the $15.00 discount will be deducted from your refund (i.e. it will be as if you did not receive a discount in the first place).

A course may be dropped anytime prior to one week before the start date; a $10.00 charge will be assessed for each dropped course. Refunds cannot be issued for courses dropped after this time, for any reason. Refunds may take 4-5 weeks to process.

Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund if you are unsatisfied with a course. Feel free to contact our office prior to registration if you are unsure if a class is right for you.

Periodically, courses may be canceled due to low enrollment. If this happens, we will attempt to contact everyone at least 2 working days before the first class. Full refunds will be issued (credits will be issued on your card for credit card payments; cash and check are refunded via university check). Refunds may take 4-5 weeks to process.

We cannot prorate course fees nor can we provide partial refunds if you miss any class session. Should you miss a class, you are encouraged to contact the office or the instructor.

Unless noted, all classes take place on Northwestern University's Evanston Campus. If your room is listed as "TBA", an email noting the room location will be sent to the class prior to the first day. To maximize our utilization of space, some classes are not assigned a room until we are able to predict the enrollment size.

Additionally, some classes may change location thoughout the quarter. Mini Courses and room locations will be listed on the daily event sheets in Norris, located near the major building entrances, the elevators, and at the Information Desk. Please confirm the location of your class each week.
