Service & Support
At the Norris Tech Center we are able to fix any problem you are having with your Mac whether it is covered under the Apple Care Protection Plan or not. Think of us as you think of an Apple Store “Genius Bar”, as we can offer the same type of service in the exact same facet. Below is a list of services we provide:
- Apple Care Warranty Repairs (Laptop & Desktop Computers Only)
- Out of Warranty Repairs (Laptops and Desktops)
- iPhone, iPad, iPod troubleshooting
- Computer Set Up & Data Transfers
- Apple Care Warranty Repairs- No additional cost to the customer.
- Out of Warranty Repairs & All Other Services – Cost of Parts, and a $75 an hour labor rate. An estimate on the project will be given before any parts or time are charged for. Data Transfers will be charged a flat rate of $125.
